What is the difference between NetSuite and Dynamics 365?

Both business solutions offer cloud and SaaS deployment and provide both ERP and CRM functionality within a single platform. However we hear from our customers that Microsoft Dynamics provides depth and breadth if you are looking for specific functionality within manufacturing, non-profit and healthcare sectors; and for strong financial functionality with robust business intelligence and reporting. If your organisation is also familiar with Microsoft Office applications or indeed run Office 365, your user adoption will speed up due to this familiarity. We hear from NetSuite customers who are looking to move that because add-on modules are proving costly, this may not be an option for scaling up your business software needs in the long term or need to prove ROI. Look out for third party business apps for Dynamics 365 for your specific sector and e-commerce needs on Microsoft AppSource.
